•GCE A/L Examination & Grade Schorship Examination was successfully conducted________________________


                 This time GCE The A / L and Grade 05 Scholarship examinations were held successfully amidst the Corona virus. Students faced the exam in the most active way, by following the given health guidelines.
         The exam is scheduled for another two weeks

•Free masks distribution programme____________________________


                A new project has been launched to provide 2 masks for all the students in the school which were donated by the old boys' association  during the children's day programme.

•The Large Acasia tree that provided shade for the school dies____________________________________


                A large Acasia tree that provided shade for school children for many years and brought beauty to the school grounds has faded away due to bad weather.

             The wall near the main hall was also badly damaged when the tree collapsed due to heavy rain.

•Online 02nd Term test started______________________________


Our school just started the online 2nd term test to make the holiday meaningful. Most of the students participated in this and successfully faced for the exam.

                 It has been decided to hold only 6 main subjects at present and to conduct the other subjects later.

The recruitment of new members ___________   The  new members were recruited for astronomy club & the announcing team through a practical test on 30th and 31st of March. Among most of the participants, members were selected according to the best perforomances  Extra classes for grade 11 students _________ Students who are sitting for the GCE Ordinary Level Examination this year do not have much time to cover the syllabus and discuss the question papers.Therefore, we have decided to hold extra classes in the evenings from 1.30-3.30pm. • O/L Examination 2020 continuous successfully_________________________   The Grade 11 Ordinary Level Examination's first day was commenced successfully on 1st of March at the sc hool premises under the given health guidelines of the ministry of health. The GCE O / L Examination is to be run successfully for about a week from March 1st.  • Prepare before risk_____________   A few days before the GCE O / L Exam this time, the principal of our school contracted the Covid-19 virus.Therefore, the entire school was disinfected and several teachers were quarantined considering the health safety of the children.
