     The Covid-19 virus has disrupted the education of school children. The first staff meeting of the second term had been organized for teachers on April 19th, 2021 to discuss about the solutions that can be taken for students' education ;Specially who are facing the GCE Ordinary Level Examination & GCE Advanced Level Examination  in near future.





 Preparation before risk _____________


Classroom observations for secondary classes will be held very soon. Teachers and students are informed to get ready. In addition to classroom observation, it also focuses on students' education and discipline.

The recruitment of new members ___________   The  new members were recruited for astronomy club & the announcing team through a practical test on 30th and 31st of March. Among most of the participants, members were selected according to the best perforomances  Extra classes for grade 11 students _________ Students who are sitting for the GCE Ordinary Level Examination this year do not have much time to cover the syllabus and discuss the question papers.Therefore, we have decided to hold extra classes in the evenings from 1.30-3.30pm. • O/L Examination 2020 continuous successfully_________________________   The Grade 11 Ordinary Level Examination's first day was commenced successfully on 1st of March at the sc hool premises under the given health guidelines of the ministry of health. The GCE O / L Examination is to be run successfully for about a week from March 1st.  • Prepare before risk_____________   A few days before the GCE O / L Exam this time, the principal of our school contracted the Covid-19 virus.Therefore, the entire school was disinfected and several teachers were quarantined considering the health safety of the children.
